We visit again. Usual routine. Our jobs this weekend: Choose actual granite slabs, concrete stain color, shampoo trays, soap dishes,  and laundry formica counter color. For the first time since construction started, we are disappointed in the amount of progress we see. In the last two weeks very little interior work occurs and not much on the exterior either. In addition we need file papers for our fancy septic system with two county departments and pick up a prescription discount card, eligible for all residents of Nevada County. The big bottle-neck seems to be the tiny crew (about three guys) that the painter has assigned to our job. ugh! It now looks like late October or early November for a move in. The work being done, however, is of exceptional quality.
