Carey and I drive up to meet John, the hardwood floor installer, Greg the tile man, and check on general house progress. We found lots exterior and interior painting done, about 2/3 of the hardwood floor installed, and we walked up as the crew of twelve was finishing the exterior concrete (front walk, patio, studio porches and air conditioning pads. We were very happy.
